Prana Stretch® is a deeply healing and relaxing group class that focuses on one's life force energy: prana. Students are guided through various asanas (mainly lying on your back or stomach) throughout the class. Typically every 4-5 students has an instructor present to give hands on massage, adjustments, and healing touch in order to help you ground and release prana. Props such as the yoga block and strap as well as guided breath work are incorporated into the class. It is suggested to wear loose fitting clothes and layering your clothes to stay warm.
Prana Stretch® can also be done as a private duet and scheduled on the "booking" page.
Pranassage® is a creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces profound mental and physical relaxation. This Method is done one on one. The practitioner physically moves you, the client, in a flow of asanas (positions ) which gives you the opportunity to feel the asanas from the inside out. Allowing you to fully "experience" prana (life force energy). The practitioner uses their hands, feet, and full body to ground you into each asana. Allowing you to open and breathe. It is suggested to wear loose fitting clothes and layering your clothes to stay warm.
